ViVeM Center
Formely know as "CPV core facility", ViVeM center offers an integrated service for the development of a "drug candidate" viral vector from proof of concept to the production of characterized pre-clinical batches for regulatory toxicology studies. Usually our production service can provide viral vectors derived from adenovirus-associated viruses (AAV) serotypes 1 to rh10, novel variants and research-grade adenovirus.
An R&D team develops innovative compliant-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) production and purification processes, including a quality control team that develops specific analytical methods for the vectors produced. The developed processes are directly transfered within a pharmaceutical establishment for the production and characterization of clinical grade vector batches.
The pre-clinical platform also provides technical, scientific and regulatory advices for users.
